Titan can work with your product development group to design for assembly and in process validation. Titan can review an existing or new assembly line process and work with you to develop the most cost-effective solution.

CUSTOMER TRAINING

Informal training is included during both the run-off phase and on-site validation with every Titan test or assembly system to your operators, engineers, and maintenance staff.

Titan can provide formal training which would include a written curriculum and a structured class format.

REPLACEMENT & SPARE PARTS

Titan can recommend and provide spare parts for your system so you have the parts most likely to fail or wear on hand, when needed.

Titan can also provide emergency spare parts in the event you have a line down scenario.

EXTENDED WARRANTIES

Titan typically provides a one year warranty on all equipment. Upon request, Titan can provide an extended warranty as an option.

MACHINE REPAIR

Titan’s service department can provide sudden repair service for your Titan machine, typically within 24 hours. Titan as part of the Burke Porter Group can support systems globally. With facilities on every continent, Titan allows your company to maintain common test and assembly platforms no matter where in the world your company needs to manufacture.

REMOTE PHONE SUPPORT

Titan provides emergency phone support. If your Titan system is configured with remote access, Titan can remotely log-in and troubleshoot the system.

MACHINE REBUILDING

If your machine has reached the end of its effective service life, you may be interested in retrofitting new motors, controls, sensors or safety systems. Titan has rebuilt, reconfigured, and upgraded old equipment.

NEW MODEL UPGRADES

As your company introduces new models, model variations or options, Titan can assist you in modifying your equipment to handle these new models.

Software upgrades can be easily accomplished by your own properly trained technicians. If you prefer, Titan can also provide these changes.

MACHINE CALIBRATION
