ECM Board Repair

Thanks to a partnership with CNH Industrial Reman, we are able to provide our customers with unparalleled ECM diagnosis & repair capabilities—because we work directly with CNH engineering, we have access to CNH proprietary drawings and specifications for a wide range of ECMs. Titan has 35+ years of experience working with CNH Agriculture and Construction equipment and 20+ years testing and programming the ECU modules that reside in this equipment.

We take the time to evaluate each assembly for operational requirements and collect the engineering to build ECU specific functional test systems. This allows us to diagnose, repair, test, and validate each unit to prove that the issue(s) have been repaired. Our test fixtures are meant to fully simulate an operational vehicle and to exercise not only the repaired circuit but all functions of the controller. For those controllers that support advanced diagnostics we are able to read, clear, and simulate fault and error codes. For controllers that support CAN networks we are able to tap into the controller’s communications lines to simulate and validate network communications and take advantage of related device diagnostics. We can also program most ECU’s to match the equipment call for more details.

Our repair process includes disassembling the ECU down to the electronic circuit board, enclosure, and hardware. A visual inspection of the circuit assembly, cleaning of the housing, repairing the electronics to the component level (including correcting manufacturing defects and commonly found issues). Re-assembly is completed using the correct parts and care is taken to ensure that everything is right to keep the ECU performing as it was designed.
